MAGICDEVS LLC PRIVACY POLICY
MagicDevs LLC (“MagicDevs”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) values and respects the privacy rights of our users and recognizes the importance of protecting your information. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains what personal data we collect from you and how we use it.
This Privacy Policy applies to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal and non-personal information by MagicDevs through MagicDevs’ mobile applications, services, or other products (collectively, the “Products”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to any information not collected through the Products. By using any of the Products, you are accepting and agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
We may collect two types of information. “Personal information” that identifies you as a specific individual (like your address or phone number), and “non-personal information” that does not (such as aggregated statistical data.
We will collect your information in one of two ways: a) you provide it directly (such as by completing a registration form); or b) we record it automatically (including with technologies such as logging).
We may use your personal information to provide and improve the Products, to personalize the Products for you (including to serve you context-based ads), and to conduct analytics. We may also use the personal information to communicate with you with respect to the Products, your account, and any related products.
We may create reports using your personal information, but in doing so we will ensure that your personal information is converted in a manner so that it is no longer personally identifiable (e.g., by aggregating it with the information of others and/or anonymizing it).
We may share your information with your consent, as well as necessary to provide the Products, and to complete any transactions arising therefrom. We may also share your information with vendors working on our behalf, when we have a good faith belief that it is necessary by law or to respond to legal process, to protect the safety and lives of people, or to protect the rights or property of MagicDevs.
MagicDevs shall use commercially reasonable measures inline with industry standards to protect your information, including but not limited to electronic and administrative safeguards designed to help make your personal information secure. We will make reasonable attempts to provide you with notice in the event of a security breach, and will destroy your personal information in accordance with our document destruction policies when it is no longer needed to provide the Products; or for other business, tax, or legal purposes.
You may decline to submit your personal information. However, you acknowledge and agree that any resulting inability to provide the Products, or any resulting degradation thereof, shall not be grounds for any claim of breach, damages, or other liability; nor shall it in any way relieve you of your obligations to MagicDevs.
MagicDevs may use third-party services to display and manage advertising throughout the Products. Said third-parties may use cookies or other similar technologies to provide you with relevant advertisements.
As used within this Privacy Policy, “children” and “child” shall mean individuals or an individual under the age of thirteen (13).
MagicDevs shall not knowingly collect the personal information of a child, except as necessary for the development and provision of the Products, including for the serving of context-based advertising. Without in any way limiting the foregoing, such necessary information may include device ID and IP information, and may be used for such things as analytics and otherwise optimizing and making functional the Products.
MagicDevs shall delete the personal information of any child that is collected in violation of the foregoing, upon being made aware that such collection has occurred.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. Your continued use of our Products will signify your acceptance of any changes to our Privacy Policy.
If there is a substantive or material change in the way that we use your personal information, we will notify you via email of the relevant changes or provide other prominent notice.
If such change affects children users, we will first notify and obtain the prior verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian.
MagicDevs shall not be responsible for any claim, liability, or other action arising from your transactions with any third-party, including but not limited to those transactions arising from any in-app ad clicks. You agree that MagicDevs shall not be liable or in any way otherwise responsible for any use of your personal information by such third-parties.
